The Founder

Rachel Waynberg is a marketing strategist and brand growth advisor helping food and beverage companies—from scrappy startups to global CPGs—launch smarter, scale faster, and build meaningful consumer connections.

With over 20 years in the industry, Rachel has led high-impact go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and partnership development for companies including PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Diageo, Tito’s, Sabra, and Magnolia Bakery, as well as dozens of early-stage brands looking to break through.

Her approach combines sharp strategic thinking with a deep network across chefs, operators, media, and retail—giving brands the tools and relationships they need to accelerate growth, unlock distribution, and stand out in competitive categories. Whether launching a new product, entering a new channel, or reimagining brand strategy, Rachel helps clients move quickly with purpose and clarity.

When she’s not building brands, she’s exploring the latest food trends firsthand—preferably with a great meal and a good glass of wine.
